Allow Stability, Mobility & Flow to be a journey into a deeper relationship with the strength and flexibility moving within You.
When we focus our awareness into the nuances of movement within our bodies we get to notice where we feel stabile and mobile and what may be asking for some extra attention. I like to think of Stability as the union of our strength meeting our flexibility and Mobility as the union of our flexibility meeting our strength. Imagine yourself having the stability of a tall oak tree, with a strong trunk and deep roots grounded into the earth. Our feet steady below us allowing our upper body to move through space as the wind blows and bends the branches of our tree. Mobility with a strong, stable foundation allows us to flex and bend with confidence and ease. Feeling stable and mobile on and off of our mats is an invaluable gift we can give ourselves.

Journey into Power is a class and an invitation to access and awaken your Vitality, Power and Freedom!
This flowing sequence is connected to the following 5 pillars in Yoga:
Drishti (focus/gaze), Ujjayi (breath), Bandhas (energy locks), Tapas (heat) and Vinyasa (flow).
Connected together, they allow the practitioner to enter a moving meditation creating a greater sense of presence to access and discover new possibilities.
26&2 Yoga & Pilates Flow
26&2 Pilates Flow is a class that combines the 26&2 Series with strength and mobility exercises. Bringing a greater awareness to the muscles we are using in our postures, connects our body and mind. This intention helps us to build on our strength and flexibility in the holding, movement and transitions within our postures and yoga practice. I like to consider it an opportunity to play and connect with the one and only You.
